 Boil the neem leaves in water until the water level drops to half the amount, and wait for the mixture to cool. Then rinse your hair with the mixture. You can also use this remedy to rinse after shampooing. This process should be done once every week. Flax seeds: Flaxseeds are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids that can prevent further hair loss and encourage hair growth. Drink one tablespoon of freshly ground flaxseeds with a cup of water daily in the morning. 

 You can also add flax seeds to your salads, soups, smoothies, and other dishes. You can also apply flaxseed oil to your hair that will help prevent hair loss Egg whites : Eggs are a rich source of protein, B vitamins, and nutrients essential for optimal hair health. Crack two eggs in a bowl and separate the yolks from the eggs. Mix the egg white well, then apply it to the scalp and hair using a hair dye brush. Cover your head with a shower cap for about 20 minutes, then rinse it with cold water and then with a mild shampoo. Repeat the process twice a week. 

 Relieve stress: Exposure to physical stress exposes hair to trauma, which causes hair loss. Tension can also cause hair loss. While we are all exposed to stressful situations, you should follow exercises such as meditation to relax and get rid of stress that leads to hair loss. Scalp massage: Massaging the scalp with a suitable oil helps stimulate hair follicles and limits its loss, and increases its growth.

 The oil penetrates into the scalp and a proper massage increases blood flow to the hair follicles, enhances the strength of your hair roots, relaxes you and reduces the feeling of stress. You can use oils like coconut or almond oil, olive oil, castor oil and add a few drops of the essential oil to the oil to achieve better and faster results. Other effective oils that can be used are argan oil and wheat germ. Massage these oils into your scalp by applying gentle pressure with fingertips. 

Repeat this process at least once a week. Licorice root: Licorice root is an herb that prevents hair loss and further damage to the hair. The soothing properties of licorice root open the pores, soothe the scalp. 

 This remedy is good for dandruff, hair loss and baldness. Add a spoonful of licorice root to a cup of milk with a quarter of a teaspoon of saffron, apply the paste to the bald spots at bedtime, and leave the mixture overnight and in the morning, wash it well with shampoo. Follow this remedy once or twice a week. You can also drink licorice tea three times a day. coconut milk : Coconut milk is rich in Vitamin E, as the fats help condition your hair and keep it in good health. 

 Milk is rich in potassium, which is vital for hair growth. It also has antibacterial properties that protect the hair from damage. Apply coconut milk on your scalp using a hair dye brush, then cover your head with a towel and leave it on for about 20 minutes, then rinse your hair with a mild shampoo with cold water. You can follow this process once a week. Hibiscus flower: Hibiscus flower has many natural properties that can help treat hair loss. In addition to promoting hair growth, this flower can also be used to treat dandruff, prevent split ends, and treat premature graying.

 Add 10 hibiscus flowers to two cups of warm coconut oil. Apply the oil to your hair before going to sleep. Then wash your hair in the morning. Repeat this process several times a week. You can also drink hibiscus flower tea and use it to rinse your hair to encourage proper growth. Rosemary oil : Rosemary oil is extracted from the leaves of rosemary, and is used to prevent hair loss even for alopecia areata, it also stimulates the hair roots and increases blood circulation in the scalp, which leads to hair growth. Also, you can mix jojoba oil, grape seed oil, almond oil with rosemary oil and massage the scalp daily or weekly depending on the hair loss condition. 

 Lavender oil: Lavender oil is beneficial for preventing hair loss due to antioxidant nutrients. This oil derived from lavender flowers can prevent hair loss and dandruff as well as itching and reduce hair breakage. Lavender oil is also widely used to treat alopecia areata. In such extreme cases, daily massage with lavender oil is necessary. olive oil ; Olive oil is rich in antioxidants and contributes to providing ideal nutrition for your hair, which makes it effective in treating hair loss because it contains vitamin E and fatty acids that help in hair growth as well. 

 Almond oil : Almond oil is one of the most nutritious oils due to its rich contents, which include vitamins E and D, iron, magnesium, calcium, and fats. Almond oil can be used when applying essential oils to your scalp with a massage. It absorbs slowly and deeply into the hair, making it ideal. Rosemary oil; Rosemary oil stimulates the hair roots and increases blood circulation to the scalp, which leads to hair growth. It can be mixed with jojoba oil, grape seed oil or almond oil and massage it into your scalp daily or weekly depending on the case. 

 Onion juice: Onion juice helps in treating hair loss due to its high sulfur content, which helps in improving blood circulation to hair follicles, regenerating them and reducing inflammation. The antibacterial properties of onion juice help in killing germs and parasites, and treating scalp infections that can cause hair loss. Extract the onion juice and then apply it directly to your scalp. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then wash it with shampoo. Alternatively, mix together three tablespoons of onion juice and two tablespoons of aloe vera gel. You can also add a spoonful of olive oil. Apply this mixture on your scalp and leave it for at least 30 minutes before rinsing your hair with shampoo. Repeat these treatments two or three times a week for several weeks.

 Coriander juice: Coriander helps soften and treat hair loss and is effective in promoting its growth. Grind the coriander leaves and mix them with water to get a paste. Apply it to your scalp and hair, leave it on for an hour, then rinse with shampoo as usual in the morning before you shower. You can repeat this process two or three times a week Lemonade : Lemon is an excellent astringent in tightening the pores on the scalp, thus controlling hair loss. 

 If you have oily hair, rinse your hair with lemon juice. Lemon also contains alpha hydroxy acids to exfoliate dead cells and eliminate dandruff, and it is rich in vitamin C, which is an essential nutrient that helps maintain healthy hair. After washing your hair in the shower, gently pour lemon juice on your scalp while massaging the scalp at the same time, and leave it on your hair for five minutes, then wash it with cold water, repeat the process once or twice a week. 

 Beware though it is safe, as lemon contains acids. Therefore, close your eyes when applying it to your head. Also, remember not to leave the lemon juice on for a long time so that your hair does not dry out.
