 Massage the mixture of avocado and coconut oil on your scalp, and leave it for ten to fifteen minutes, and then rinse it with water. Aloe vera; Aloe vera and eggs together can do wonders for hair. Mix these ingredients and leave it for an hour on your scalp, then wash it with plain water. Repeat the treatment regularly to get long and thick hair.

Cumin seeds; Put a little cumin in olive oil overnight, and the next morning, massage your scalp well with the mixture, and leave it for 15 minutes, and then wash it off. coconut milk ; If you want healthy and damage-free strands of hair, massage coconut milk on your scalp and leave it on your hair overnight, and wash it with cold water the next day. Hibiscus flower; Hibiscus flower is a hair care flower that helps treat dandruff, as well as intensify and lengthen hair.

 Make a paste of hibiscus flower with coconut oil or sesame oil, and put it on the branches of your hair and leave it for some time, then rinse it well. Rosemary oil : Rosemary is very excellent in dealing with hair problems. It also helps to grow and lengthen hair, strengthen its roots, and eliminate dandruff. Rosemary oil has antioxidant properties that promote hair growth. In addition, its sulfur and silica content help it to strengthen, lengthen and thicken hair. Rosemary oil helps increase blood flow to the scalp and stimulates hair follicles. Beetroot juice: Beetroot is a vegetable rich in protein, carotenoids, vitamins B and C, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous and silica. To facilitate hair growth and thickening, you can drink beetroot juice regularly. Alternatively, you can combine it with vegetable juice like cucumber, carrot, coriander, lettuce, or others.
